Records are easy to view in the event of an audit or if you are interested to see how many people are overdue on course work. Adding a course into the system or adding a user is very simple also, the system is streamlined very well. The user experience is also very easy. The courses are lined out that you know what is due and how long you have to take it.

Overall the system has worked out very well and the support for the system is great. If there is an issue, it is handled immediately. The support is personal and always able to help answer any question that I may have. Traintraxx saves me time by making the process pretty automated. Once the courses and employees are added to the system, it takes care of itself with minimal supervision.”
